모든 생명은 자신만의 시간 속에서 피어난다. 《Spread 01: Awaken》은 내면에서 시작된 행복의 바이브가 충분한 시간을 거쳐 서서히 번져나가는 순간을 담은 미디어아트 작품이다.
하나둘 나타난 동글이들의 울림은 옆의 동글이에게로 번지고, 그 번짐은 다시 그 옆으로 이어지며 화면 전체에 퍼져나간다. 하나의 존재에게서 시작된 작은 울림이 다른 존재에게 닿는 순간, 행복은 비로소 눈에 보이는 형태를 얻는다. 이 작품은 우리 또한 자신만의 리듬을 믿고 그 울림에 몸을 맡길 때, 가장 자연스럽게 서로에게 연결될 수 있다는 메시지를 전한다.

Every living thing blooms in its own time. Spread 01: Awaken is a media art work capturing the moment a happy vibe, beginning within, gradually spreads and takes its time to unfold.
One by one, Dongli figures appear, and the resonance of each spreads to the one beside it, that spreading continuing on to the next, until it fills the whole frame. The instant a small resonance, beginning in one being, reaches another, happiness finally takes on a visible form. The work carries the message that we, too, connect with one another most naturally when we trust our own rhythm and give ourselves over to that resonance.
